Seva Fair 2010 Invitation

Dear Seva Sahayogi, !!! Greetings for the day !!! We have started Seva Fair activity last week. This is an exhibition and sale of Diwali and Gift articles made by NGO’s , Women Self-help groups, differently able individual entrepreneurs, individual artists and small vendors from rural India. Seva Sahayog conduct this sale at various IT and non IT companies in and around Pune. This week we have planned the fair at 50 different locations in IT and other companies across Pune. If you are willing to participate in this journey of bringing more Diwali per Diwali, we have following volunteering options between 26th oct-10 to 3rd Nov-10. Management of stall at different locations (morning 9.00 AM to 6 PM). The transport from Seva Fair office (woodland Kothrud) to company location and back will be arranged. Pl nominate yourself to stand behind stalls with Seva Sahayog staff and core team members. Material packing, arranging and stores management. This is at Seva fair office, Woodland apartment, commercial complex, near Gandhi Bhavan, Kothrud Pune. The timings are 2.00 Pm to 6.00 PM, 7.00 PM to 9.00 PM People who are travelling daily to Hinjewadi, Bhosari, Chatushrungi, Nal stop with their Cars can help us carrying material and volunteers from Woodland Kothrud to the respective company and back to Kothrud. School Kit 2010: Concluding function

Dear Sevasahayogies, 

 

Thank you very much for your  active participation in promoting ‘School kit 2010 drive’ ! 

We all have been assembling and distributing the School Kits for last 7 weeks.

 

It is time for all of us to celebrate the success! You all are cordially invited for the concluding

function of 'SK 2010 drive'.  Do bring your friends, family members along with you.

 

Here are the program details:

 

Date: 20th June 2010

Time: 1000 AM to 1130 AM

Venue: Abasaheb Garaware College, AV Hall,

             Karve Road, Pune - 4.

 Pls note:

 

1.      Kind request to all Volunteers: Please send all the photographs you’ve clicked during the SK 2010 drive to Seva Sahayog Office – Sevahayog@gmail.com We plan to  share /show case those during closing ceremony.

 

2.      Kindly invite your respective company’s CSR head for the closing ceremony on behalf of Seva Sahayog. Pls. do let us know the names, phone numbers and E-mail Ids of your CSR head(s), so that we can extend the invitation from Seva Sahayog office to them in separate communication.

Distribution programs of School Kit Drive 2010

Dear Sevasahayogi,

Thank you very much for your active participation in last SIX SUNDAYS to School Kit 2010.

It has been a fantastic experience to spend few hours of SUNDAY for noble cause.

Now we are almost at the end of our mission – i.e. Time to Distribute the school kit , which you have assembled over last 6 Sundays.

Of course , few hours of assembling is yet to be done.

Considering the fact that the schools will progressively open from Next Monday – 14^th June , we have decided to complete the initiative by 13^th June . Hence this time the ASSEMBLY & DISTRIBUTION is on SATURDAY & SUNDAY – Both the days.

It will be easy for us to coordinate & plan, if you confirm  your participation in advance either for Saturday or Sunday or both the days.

We also recommend you to kindly bring your vehicle - to carry the kits in your car to the NGO to get the first hand experience of distribution of kits to the NGO .

On way to 25,000 school kits

Dear Sevasahayogi,

Greetings,

Thank you for your overwhelming response for our last 6 assembly sessions. We are having our next assembly on coming Sunday 6  June 2010...

With this we have started dispatch & distribution of school kits to the NGO places from last Sunday so we need vehicles which can carry kits to some locations this Sunday also.

Join us for making event success...

Please come along with your friends . There is work cut out for ladies / Kids of all age group .
